3 tips to quickly get rid of cigarette smell from an apartment or house
Partager

🧪 A little bit of science:
It can be a little more difficult to eliminate the smell of cigarettes or cannabis than other foul odours in our environment.
Why?
Because the odour particles in smoke are very small, allowing them to cling to more surfaces. When these surfaces are porous, like clothing, carpets, sofas, and cushions, washing their surface is no longer enough because the odour has managed to penetrate the surface. 🤷♀️
To quickly remove the odour, here are our 3 tips.
1. Open the windows
Not always easy with our seasons, but introducing fresh air will dilute the odour-contaminated air. This way, you get rid of the smoke smell that is still in the air before it settles on porous surfaces. 🚬
A little trick 🪄
Open a window opposite the prevailing wind and force the air out of an opposite window. This will create a suction effect that will help you get the odour out of your house or apartment.
2. Spray NODO on all fabrics such as curtains️, carpets, sofas and cushions
You need a product that can penetrate the porous surface to reach the molecules responsible for the problem.
Why use NODO?
Because it's full of microorganisms that will not only work hard 💪, but will work for a long time. Long enough to get to the very cause of the cigarette odour.
Instructions for use:
- Spray the NODO product on the entire contaminated surface; enough so that the product can penetrate well, then let it dry.
- Since it is a treatment, the product may need to be applied several times. Obviously, if smoke continues to be generated, the process will have to be repeated.
- Depending on the severity of the situation, good results can be expected after 2-3 uses.
3. Use a diffuser to complete
The same scents you love are also available in a diffuser. Although the diffuser won't eliminate the odour, it will mask it while the spray's neutralizing agent takes effect. ⏲️
