If however you are not satisfied or if your product is damaged or defective, you can return it and obtain a full refund. The time allowed is 30 days following receipt of the article.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. The same applies to surcharges applied to delivery of bulky items and delivery to remote areas.

All refunds are made to the original form of payment within 3 days of refund confirmation.
